Meet the Founders
Nadia & Colin Bullock

Husband-and-wife co-founders of Musos, Nadia and Colin Bullock are passionate artists brought together by a shared love of live music, community, and creating meaningful experiences.

Combining backgrounds in performing music, events, and wellness, their paths naturally led to the creation of Musos Entertainment in 2011.

Over the past decade, they have grown Musos into a trusted, award-winning agency, delivering over 10,000 live music and DJ experiences across weddings, corporate events, and luxury venues.

Now based in Byron Bay, they continue to lead Musos across both Australia and Canada with a hands-on, personal approach, supported by a team of professional musicians and production partners.

At the heart of Musos is a simple intention — to bring people together through music.

The Backstory

What began as a passion, grew into a thriving agency with over 120+ live musicians and DJs, a dedicated admin team of five, and 100+ five-star Google reviews. Musos has since been named Best Live Music Booking & Management Company by CV Magazine at the Canadian Business Awards, and has recently launched its Australia chapter — Nadia and Colin’s mission to share live music with the world and provide exceptional service for both artists and clients alike.

It all began in 2010 when the two met at the Olympics… At the time, Nadia was a certified wedding hairstylist, and working in a luxury hotel, Colin had moved from Australia to take his gigs globally for weddings and events as an award-winning musician. The two quickly combined their talents and began offering “Beauty & The Beat” — unique music and hair packages for weddings and events.

They started getting booked… a lot. Then booked out. Not just locally, but across the country — and soon, internationally. Their natural chemistry, professionalism, and passion for creativity took them on tour throughout Australia, Canada, USA, and Europe — both for Colin’s independent music and their growing list of destination event bookings.

Somewhere between airports and performances, they fell in love — with each other and the lifestyle they were creating for themselves sharing their passions and gifts together around the world, while making peopler really happy.

Their growing reputation caught the attention of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, who invited them in 2011 to manage live music bookings for their iconic Mallard Lounge. And the rest was history — Musos was born..

Colin Bullock

Colin Bullock is the Co-Founder and COO of Musos and an accomplished professional singer who played his music across Canada, North America and worldwide.

Colin’s expertly blended Indie-Folk and Pop Music sounds has awarded him the title of 'Singer/Songwriter of the year' from Aria Awards, 2x finalist for ‘BC Best Wedding Entertainment’ at the BC Wedding Awards and the privilege of touring with household names such as INXS, Passenger, Xavier Rudd, Metric and Colin James around the globe. His music and work with Musos has been recognized in numerous media, TV and online publications, including Global BC, CTV, Breakfast Television, CV Canadian Business Magazine, The Pique, The Province and so on. As the winner of the FACTOR Funded Album, he produced his successful ‘As Big as The Sky” album in the private home studio of Canadian Music Hall of Fame artist Sarah McLachlan.

Colin continues to grow fans and perform at countless weddings, corporate parties, festivals, charity functions, and concert events. Colin brings his brilliant musical instinct and unparalleled industry knowledge to all that Musos does.

Nadia Bullock

Nadia Bullock is the Co-Founder and Visionary CEO of Musos, whose creative direction and background in arts and hospitality transformed the company from a boutique agency into a 7-figure business thriving in Canada’s entertainment industry — now expanding across Australia.

More than an award-winning entrepreneur, Nadia is a community builder at heart, a certified yoga and mindfulness facilitator, and a keynote speaker passionate about helping others show up with intention in their work and life. She is frequently invited to facilitate workshops and speak at retreats, sharing her insights on wellness, entrepreneurship, and mindful leadership.

Beyond Musos, Nadia is a mom to two boys, the author of Becoming Mama, and a former certified hairstylist and educator. Her dynamic career spans working for Walt Disney World, styling hair backstage at New York Fashion Week, teaching aspiring artists at Aveda, and serving as a VIP concierge for Fairmont Hotel & Resorts’ club members in Monte Carlo and Vancouver.

Nadia has graced countless stages as a keynote speaker and panelist at women’s entrepreneurial events, shared her insights on numerous podcasts, and received multiple awards for her work in both the creative and entertainment industries. Her expertise has been featured in leading media outlets and podcasts including the Female Entrepreneur Association, TEDx, Entrepreneur, Niche Pursuits Podcast, and more.
