GET TO KNOW LUCIE

“A soul-soothing folk-pop reverie of presence, peace, and release, her folk-pop songs blend Nordic influence and personal storytelling, drawing comparisons to artists like First Aid Kit, Fleet Foxes, and early Joni Mitchell”- Atwood Magazine

LUCIE’S CAREER BACKGROUND

Born in a small town in West Germany, she spent several years living in different countries, with songwriting becoming both a constant home and a way to find calm in a fast, electronic world.

Originally shaped by pandemic restrictions, her songs emerged from a mix of intimate bedroom recordings and professional studio sessions.

Following her debut EP and tours through Germany and Sweden, Lucie returned in 2025 with her second EP and a Switzerland tour, before heading to Australia in 2026. Her music, recorded in Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, and the USA,  has been featured on Spotify Editorial Playlists and supported by Apple Music and Amazon Music.

LUCIE’S MUSIC STYLE

Lucie Glang combines folk-pop with Celtic influences and a characteristic, intimate voice. Her music has been described as “a remarkable bit of songwriting with depth for days” (Ear To The Ground Music), “If you love First Aid Kit, you will love Lucie” (Indie Music Center), and “spellbinding acoustic folk that envelops listeners in a world of serenity and introspection” (Sounds On The Couch).

Atwood Magazine praised her 2025 single “Underwater Skies” as “a soul-soothing folk-pop reverie of presence, peace, and release,” drawing comparisons to First Aid Kit, Fleet Foxes, and early Joni Mitchell.
